This website describes a marketplace in commercial launch preparation. Live checkout and paid service ordering are not currently available. Browsing this site or sending an inquiry does not authorize charges or enter you into a provider agreement. The current MCP gateway is authenticated and operates in simulation mode.

Services and ordering

ResultGate helps people and authorized AI agents discover and compare digital services. Before any future paid order, the provider identity, scope, deliverables, full price and currency, expected delivery, cancellation/refund terms and any applicable charges must be disclosed. Customers must approve those terms before payment. Future transaction-specific terms will be shown before checkout.

Commission

The commercial model is a 15% provider commission on each eligible successful paid transaction attributed to ResultGate, counted once. No joining fee, monthly ResultGate subscription or separate customer recommendation fee applies. Commission is triggered by processor-confirmed payment, not service completion or a quality check. Unpaid orders, visits and clicks do not generate commission.

The eligible base is the service subtotal after discounts and excluding separately identified taxes and tips. Commission is rounded to the nearest currency minor unit, with half units rounded up. Refunds proportionately reduce commission and full refunds reverse it. Disputed amounts suspend the associated entitlement pending resolution; a successful defence may restore it, while a lost dispute reverses it.

The provider allocation is 85% before processing fees and other agreed adjustments. Fees, payout timing, reserves and responsibility for disputes must be specified in the provider/payment agreement. No immediate payout or fixed net receipt is guaranteed.

Customer and agent authorization

You must have authority to use the account and submit the requested material. An agent may act only within a valid authorization covering the service, amount and relevant terms. If that authority is absent or insufficient, account-holder approval is required before financial commitment. Never send credentials or payment-card data through MCP or email.

Provider obligations and acceptable use

Providers must verify their identity and contracting authority, hold rights to offer their services, describe them accurately, meet the agreed delivery obligations and protect customer information. Prohibited uses include fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, unlawful data collection, infringement and attempts to bypass security or payment controls. Listings may be refused or removed for violations.

Delivery and responsibility

Services are delivered digitally by the named provider through the method and timeframe in the order. No physical shipping is offered. ResultGate’s commission does not certify the service’s quality. ResultGate handles platform issues and assists with order questions; providers remain responsible for their contracted service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Cancellation, disputes and changes

See the refund and cancellation policy. Contact support with an order reference and a description of the issue. Changes to these terms will be dated here; material transaction terms must be accepted before a new paid order. Existing orders remain subject to their agreed terms and applicable law.
