Refunds, cancellations & digital delivery

Effective October 21, 2026.

ResultGate is not currently accepting live payments. There are no paid ResultGate orders to refund at this stage. The policy below describes the intended customer protections for launch; order-specific terms must be disclosed before payment.

Before payment

You may abandon a quote or cancel an unpaid request without a ResultGate charge. No commission is earned on unpaid orders. No recurring ResultGate membership is offered.

After payment, when checkout becomes available

Report duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, non-delivery or a service materially different from the agreed description to support@allubiyerbamate.com. Include the order reference, payment date and a brief explanation; never send card numbers or security codes. We will review the payment/order records with the provider and explain the resolution.

Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges are eligible for correction. If a provider cannot deliver the agreed service, the unfulfilled portion is eligible for refund. For a materially nonconforming service, a correction or appropriate partial/full refund will be assessed against the accepted order. Change-of-mind cancellation after work begins depends on the terms disclosed before checkout and applicable consumer rights. There is no blanket exclusion of statutory refund rights.

How refunds and commissions are handled

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider to the original payment method when supported. Availability and timing depend on the processor and the customer’s bank; an exact credit date is not promised. Partial refunds proportionately reduce the eligible base and platform commission. Full refunds reverse the corresponding commission. Disputes may suspend or reverse the allocation while the processor resolves them.

Digital fulfillment

There is no physical shipping. The named provider delivers digitally using the method and timeframe shown in the order. ResultGate does not guarantee completion merely because payment succeeds, and commission accrual does not remove provider delivery obligations or customer refund rights.
