Provider onboarding

No joining fee or monthly ResultGate subscription. A 15% commission applies to eligible successful paid transactions under an accepted provider agreement.

We are accepting expressions of interest. An email does not create a contract, approve a listing or authorize a payment. No provider is automatically approved.

What we need before a listing can go live

• A business or individual with authority to contract and verified control of the offered service.
• A clear service description, deliverables, USD price, delivery timing, permitted inputs and refund/cancellation conditions.
• Evidence of ownership or permission to provide or resell the service.
• Completion of payment-provider identity and account checks through its secure onboarding process.
• Explicit acceptance of the provider agreement, commission calculation and allocation of processing and dispute costs.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful inputs and outputs, obtaining necessary permissions, fulfilling the agreed service, protecting customer data and responding to service and refund issues. Providers must not submit false identities, misleading capabilities or unlicensed resale offers.

ResultGate facilitates discovery and the order/payment process when enabled. It does not promise a provider’s accuracy or completion merely because a listing appears. This does not limit responsibilities or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Submit a public provider application

GitHub requires an account; submissions are public. Use email instead for private business correspondence. Include service scope, public API/MCP documentation, USD price and unit, delivery limits, refund policy and your method of proving control. Do not submit identity documents or credentials.

Application → ownership and rights review → service and pricing review → separate commercial agreement → secure payment-provider onboarding → approved listing. Submitting an application is not agreement acceptance or automatic approval.

Proposed commercial terms

No joining or monthly fee; 15% of eligible successfully paid transactions once per payment; 85% provider allocation before processing fees and agreed adjustments. No commission for clicks or unpaid orders. Refunds reverse commission proportionately; disputes suspend or reverse it as applicable. Processing costs, tax, support obligations and settlement timing must be agreed before activation. No promised traffic or income.
