Privacy policy

Information we handle today

This informational website has no account form, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or payment form. Our hosting infrastructure processes connection information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as network address, request timing and technical response information. When you contact us by email, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to send.

The separate authenticated MCP pilot processes credentials and operational records needed to provide and secure its simulation service. It is not a live payment interface. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment-card data or unnecessary confidential material.

If you choose GitHub for an application or interest request, your submission and GitHub profile are public under GitHub’s policies. Use email for private correspondence. Public request counts are not treated as verified customers without review.

Referral measurement

We count requests to the catalog and the BrowserAct outbound redirect using a timestamp, a fixed event label, response status and a coarse declared-internal/bot/unknown category. This referral log stores no IP address, raw user agent, referrer, query string, cookie or visitor identifier. Counts cannot establish unique visitors or join an individual journey. Optional local MCP counters stay on the operator device and are not transmitted to us. Provider registration and commission reporting is separate. Referral logs follow the existing restricted server log rotation policy; runtime records are not published to GitHub.

Purposes and sharing

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate provider interest, operate and secure the service, investigate misuse and meet applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers process information as necessary to support these functions. We do not sell inquiry information or use this page for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.

Planned transactions

Before live transactions begin, the checkout and onboarding flows will identify the payment provider and the information required. Stripe Connect is the planned integration. Card and identity information should be entered only in the payment provider’s secure flow, not in this site, MCP requests or emails. Order-related data may need to be shared with the chosen service provider to deliver the agreed service; any required disclosure must be explained before submission.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and operational records only as needed for the stated purpose, security, recordkeeping and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record type and any legal requirement. Access is restricted and the site uses HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or ask about retention and processing. We may need to verify your request without collecting unnecessary sensitive data; some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Rights vary with applicable law. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary secure verification process has been explained.

External sites and changes

Links to GitHub, payment providers or service providers lead to services with their own privacy policies. This page does not place optional tracking cookies. We will update this policy and the relevant flow before introducing materially different data collection.
