Turn 20 permitted product pages into a checkable price report

ResultGate helps your agent decide whether browser automation is useful, prepares a bounded task, and checks missing results. BrowserAct performs any browser work in your own account. This is an early referral pilot, not a managed extraction service or a claim of partnership.

Try now — no purchase or provider keys

Start the Cursor quickstart: clone the repository, install the local companion, run scripts/browseract_demo_check.py, then add the supplied configuration to .cursor/mcp.json and paste the ready prompt.

Expected result: 20/20 internal example records, free-first recommendation, original £51.77 preserved. This rechecks archived fictional practice data; no new extraction, BrowserAct account, API key or purchase is needed. Cursor model access is separate. ResultGate assesses fit, prepares a task and checks supplied output; actual browser execution belongs to BrowserAct.

Choose the simplest suitable route

Already have an authorized API or export? Use that. Local execution sufficient? Try the free option first. Sources require permission, login or sensitive information? This limited pilot declines the task. No commission affects these decisions.

Disclosure and registration

The owner has an issued affiliate link and has configured PayPal for payouts. Eligibility of this AI/MCP referral flow still awaits confirmation; the link is not activated here and no approved commission or payout is evidenced. The link below is a normal, untracked provider link. If admitted, ResultGate may earn a provider-funded referral commission: published terms describe 30% on the first eligible paid order and 20% on eligible subsequent purchases for six months, subject to refunds/disputes. This is separate from the proposed ResultGate marketplace fee. You pay BrowserAct; ResultGate charges no referral fee.

Connect your agent

This companion runs locally over MCP stdio. The hosted /mcp gateway is unchanged and does not expose these new tools. No ResultGate registration or customer secret is needed for the companion.

Installation, exact MCP configuration and complete workflow · Official BrowserAct connections

  1. Give your agent up to 20 permitted public product URLs and ask it to call assess_browseract_fit. Review free/API/reject recommendations.
  2. If suitable, open BrowserAct yourself, keep credentials in your own client, and paste the returned task. Approve any plan renewal and run budget explicitly. ResultGate does not purchase or start tasks.
  3. Export CSV results. Call validate_browseract_csv with the original CSV and all expected product URLs. Original values are retained; review any errors. Use validate_browseract_report for separately observed samples.
  4. Review the report: price, currency, availability, source, UTC check time, errors and missing pages. Never treat missing values as zero or available.

The owner supplied a BrowserAct build/test CSV containing 20 products from one Books to Scrape practice homepage. We checked all rows and five source-page samples. These are fictional practice prices. The provider log reports 3m29s and zero credits; those metrics are not independently authenticated. No independent customer, order or commission is claimed. Setup-time savings and unattended API execution have not been measured.

Support and data

We do not collect your BrowserAct API key. The local companion does not send telemetry. Source/result data stays in your client. Any voluntary pilot evidence must exclude secrets and sensitive personal data. BrowserAct handles its own account, billing, cancellation and refund support.
